National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Forms
In an unusual gift of vision, the Code of Ethics was adopted in 1913 by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The significance of the 17 Articles of the Code of Ethics is to provide ethical guidance to each REALTOR® member that subscribes to them. If the Code is not followed, the founders of the Code provided a process to file a complaint that both the public and fellow REALTORS® may utilize. The Code of Ethics and Arbitration process is ultimately facilitated by the Indiana Association of REALTORS® but all questions on the attached forms can be answered at the local level by KBOR’s Staff at 574.269.6706 or kbor@kbor.com
